The Goose House - Hen Plas Cemlyn

The roof had fallen in and the walls had partially collapsed.

The collapsed walls were rebuilt with natural stone in lime mortar. The whole of the external stonework was re pointed.

New timberwork was fixed for the roof and the roof slated using reclaimed 13”x7”slates. These were fixed with pegs on laths in the traditional manner and the inside torched with lime mortar.

The internal walls were plastered with lime plaster.

A new elm door and frame was made and fitted.
